We are a licensed 501(c)(3) so your donation is always tax deductible. We operate 100% on donations and volunteer efforts.

Food & Supply DONATIONS

We depend solely on pet/people food donations to continue to offer our programs in the community. If you or your group(s) have collected items from our Wish List please email us at mydogeatsfirst@gmail.com for a drop off location near you.

DROP OFF OPTIONS

We have volunteers that will allow you to drop off donations on their porches, etc. throughout the city. If you are looking for a drop-off location closer to you please text/call 502-694-2746 or email us at mydogeatsfirst@gmail.com with your location and we will be in contact with you.

ABOUT US

My Dog Eats First believes in the healing power of pets and in the love and companionship that these pets bring to the underserved and unhoused.

An estimated 3.5 million Americans are unhoused. Between 5% to 10% of unhoused people have pets that provide companionship, protection, and unconditional love.
